Terms, Refund & Replacement Policy

These terms apply when you buy a product or book a service from PanelGlow LLP ("PanelGlow", "we", "us") through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media. By placing an order or booking a visit you agree to them.

1. Product replacement & refunds

How to claim

• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 97479 84763 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send your order details and clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage or the opened packaging.
• Keep the product, box and accessories until the claim is settled.

What happens next

• Once approved, we send a replacement — usually within 3–7 working days. We arrange pickup of the damaged item or tell you how to return it, at no cost to you.
• If a replacement is not available, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
• Manufacturing defects reported after 48 hours are handled under the product's warranty, where one applies.

Change of mind

• Unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The refund is the product price; delivery charges are not refunded and return shipping is paid by you.
• Opened cleaning liquids, and products that have been used, cut or installed, cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Not covered

• Damage from misuse, wrong dilution of cleaning liquid, accidents, or normal wear (for example, worn brush bristles).
• Bulk and wholesale orders follow the terms agreed on the quotation.

2. Cleaning & maintenance services

• Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone. We need clear, safe access to the panels and a working water source on site.
• Rescheduling: tell us at least 24 hours before the visit and we will move it free of charge. Visits stopped by heavy rain or unsafe weather are rescheduled at no cost.
• Not happy with a clean? Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will come back and redo the affected area free of charge.
• Our crew may refuse or stop work if the roof, structure or wiring is unsafe. We will tell you why, and you pay only for any work already done.
• Output gains (such as 15–25%) are typical figures for dirty panels and are not guaranteed; actual results depend on how dirty the panels were, weather and system condition.

3. Annual maintenance plan (AMC)

• The plan runs for 12 months from the first visit and includes the visits listed on our website for your system size.
• The plan fee is paid in advance. Visits are scheduled monthly; a visit missed because you were unavailable or access was blocked is not carried forward unless rescheduled within the same month.
• If you cancel within 30 days and no visit has been done, we refund the full fee. After that, we refund the unused months minus a 10% admin charge. Completed visits are not refundable.
• Repairs, spare parts and electrical work found during a check are quoted separately and done only with your approval.
• The plan covers one site and the system size it was bought for. If panels are added, the price is adjusted for the remaining months.

4. Sprinkler & robotic installations

• Every installation starts with a site visit and a written quote. Work begins after you accept the quote and pay the advance stated on it.
• Sprinkler systems use your existing water tank and supply. Where water pressure is too low or panels sit above tank level, we recommend a booster pump, quoted separately.
• Installation workmanship is covered for 6 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim.
• Water quality, power supply and plumbing outside our installation are the customer's responsibility.

5. Prices & payments

• Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price on your confirmed quote or order is the price you pay.
• Sites more than 25 km from Kollam may have a travel charge, which we always tell you before booking.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. Services are paid on completion unless a quote or plan says otherwise.

6. Safety & liability

• We use soft brushes, low-pressure water and non-corrosive cleaners that are safe for panels. We do not use pressure washers or acids.
• We are not responsible for existing damage, cracks, hotspots or faults present before our visit; we will point them out if we see them.
• If our crew damages your property during work, tell us within 48 hours and we will repair it or pay a fair repair cost.
• Our total liability for any order or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Any dispute is subject to the courts of Kollam, Kerala.

7. Privacy

• We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, address/location, photos of your panels and your system details.
• We use it to quote, schedule visits, send reports and contact you about your service. We never sell your data.
• We post photos of your site on social media only with your permission, and never show your address.
• To see or delete the information we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp or email.
